Consultations

Consultations are offered by all of our therapists free of charge. Booking is required. A detailed description of the treatment will be given with full analysis to ensure the correct service is provided.

Appointments

Please appreciate the value of time in each treatment. If you do not show up for your appointment there will be a l00% charge of the total cost. If you cancel on the day, 50% will be charged. Credit card details may be requested, or a deposit when booking appointements.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or product, except those which require the services of an external practitioner, and can be used in any of our salons.

Vouchers are non-cash refundable, but can be changed for an alternative treatment to an equivalent value, and can be purchased from any of our salons or by mail order.

No-show appointments when using a gift voucher will automatically be taken off the client's account.

Vouchers expire one year after purchase - after the expiry date we allow one month only.

Home visits

Home visits can be arranged for wedding make-up and certain treatments. Details given when booking.

Courses

Discounts will be given on courses that are prepaid in full.

One year expiry after date of purchase, non-refundable.

Courses are strongly advised on all our treatment programmes.

Your therapist will tailor make programmes to suit your needs.

Patch Testing

Treatments that require a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment are:

  • Eyelash perming
  • Eyelash/brow tinting
  • Micropigmentation make-up
  • LHE - Laser hair removal
  • LHE - Skin rejuvenation
  • LHE - Acne clearance
  • Photosensitive skin types for Glycolic facials
  • Alkalin wash for superfluous downy hair removal
  • Advanced Danné skin revision treatments
